STUDIO BOOKING CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
We understand that plans change. Because your reservation holds dedicated studio time that may prevent another customer from booking, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all Timing Perfection studio reservations.
72+ Hours Before Your Reservation
Cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled start time to receive a full refund or 100% studio credit toward a future reservation.
24–72 Hours Before Your Reservation
Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before your scheduled start time are nonrefundable, but you will receive 100% studio credit toward one future reservation.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Reservation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled start time are nonrefundable and do not qualify for studio credit.
Rescheduling
Each reservation includes one complimentary reschedule when requested at least 24 hours before the original reservation. The new reservation must be used within 90 days of the original booking date and is subject to studio availability.
Once a reservation has been rescheduled, it is nonrefundable.
Late Arrivals
Your reservation begins and ends at the time originally booked. Arriving late does not extend your reservation or qualify you for a refund or credit.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive for your reservation without prior cancellation is considered a no-show. No-shows are nonrefundable and do not qualify for studio credit.
Timing Perfection Cancellations
If Timing Perfection must cancel your reservation due to a facility issue, emergency, or other circumstance within our control, you may choose between a full refund or 100% studio credit/rescheduling.
Studio Credits
Studio credits have no cash value, are nontransferable, and must be used in accordance with the expiration or booking terms provided when the credit is issued.
By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
