STUDIO RENTAL POLICY
By booking a studio at Timing Perfection Photography Studios, you agree to the following rental policies. These policies are designed to keep our studios safe, clean, and ready for every creator.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Studio reservations require a minimum booking of one hour. Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Your reserved time includes load-in, setup, shooting, breakdown, and cleanup. Please book enough time to complete your entire session.
All reservations are subject to studio availability.
STUDIO RATES
1 Hour — $50
2 Hours — $90
3 Hours — $125
4 Hours — $160
8 Hours — $280
Rates may change for special events, packages, promotions, specialty sets, or other designated services.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Please arrive at your scheduled reservation time unless Timing Perfection has approved earlier access.
Your reservation does not automatically extend because of late arrival.
The studio must be completely vacated by the end of your reserved time, including clients, guests, equipment, and personal belongings.
EXTENDING YOUR SESSION
Need more time? If the studio is available, you may request an extension before your reservation ends.
Scheduled Extension: $25 per additional 30 minutes
Extensions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Remaining in the studio beyond your reservation without an approved extension is considered unauthorized overtime.
Unauthorized Overtime: $40 per 30 minutes or portion thereof after a 5-minute grace period.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
72+ hours before your reservation: Full refund or 100% studio credit.
24–72 hours before your reservation: Nonrefundable, but 100% studio credit may be applied toward one future reservation.
Less than 24 hours before your reservation: Nonrefundable and no studio credit.
Each reservation includes one complimentary reschedule when requested at least 24 hours in advance. The rescheduled reservation must be used within 90 days and is subject to availability.
No-shows are nonrefundable and do not qualify for studio credit.
CLEANING & RESET
Normal cleaning is included with your studio rental.
Renters are expected to:
- Dispose of trash in designated containers
- Return furniture and props to their original locations
- Remove all personal belongings and equipment
- Leave the studio in substantially the same condition in which it was received
Additional charges may apply when a studio requires cleaning beyond normal use.
Excessive Cleaning — $75
Severe or Specialty Cleaning — Starting at $150, plus actual remediation costs when applicable.
DAMAGE & MISSING PROPERTY
The renter is responsible for damage caused by the renter or their guests during the reservation.
If studio property, furniture, equipment, props, or other items are damaged, destroyed, or removed, the renter may be charged the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
Please report accidental damage to Timing Perfection staff immediately.
RESTRICTED MATERIALS
The following require advance approval from Timing Perfection:
Glitter, confetti, paint, fake blood, oils, wax, smoke or haze, sand, soil, powders, large quantities of water, adhesives, staining materials, and similar materials that may damage or require extensive cleaning of the studio.
Do not assume a material is permitted simply because it is being used for a photography or video production.
EQUIPMENT & PROPS
Only equipment, furniture, props, and amenities specifically included with your reservation are included in the base rental price.
Certain lighting equipment, specialty props, backdrop options, equipment, or other items may require an additional rental fee.
Customers are responsible for using studio equipment properly and safely.
BACKDROPS & SEAMLESS PAPER
Backdrop stands and designated basic backdrop options may be included depending on the studio.
Use of seamless paper on the floor or other consumable backdrop materials may incur an additional fee.
Do not cut, paint, write on, permanently alter, or otherwise damage studio backdrops without permission.
CHILDREN & MINORS
Children and minors must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
The renter is responsible for the conduct and safety of minors attending their session.
GUESTS & CLIENTS
The person who books the studio is responsible for their clients, models, assistants, vendors, and other guests.
All guests must follow Timing Perfection policies and staff instructions.
The renter may be financially responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, unauthorized overtime, or other charges caused by members of their party.
FOOD & DRINK
Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas or as otherwise approved by Timing Perfection.
Please use extra care around studio equipment, electronics, furniture, backdrops, and retail merchandise.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Timing Perfection is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or left behind.
Please check the studio before leaving.
SAFETY & CONDUCT
Unsafe, unlawful, destructive, excessively disruptive, or abusive behavior is prohibited.
Do not move, disconnect, climb on, modify, or operate facility equipment unless it is intended for customer use or you have received permission.
Timing Perfection reserves the right to end a session when conduct creates a safety risk, threatens property, substantially disrupts the facility, or violates studio policies.
PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT
Renters are responsible for obtaining any model releases, client permissions, permits, licenses, or other authorizations required for their productions.
Renting a Timing Perfection studio does not give Timing Perfection ownership of the photographs or videos you create during your session.
Likewise, booking the studio does not automatically grant Timing Perfection permission to use identifiable customer images for advertising. Separate permission may be requested when applicable.
SECURITY
Security cameras may operate in appropriate common and non-private areas of the facility for safety, security, theft prevention, and property protection.
Cameras will not intentionally be placed in bathrooms or designated private changing areas.
